One address: walk@tilltopps.app. A person reads it. Tell us what you did, what the app said, and which mountain you were on — that is usually enough.

The session counted nothing

The ascent comes from the iPhone's barometer, and it needs air pressure to change. Check that the session was actually running, that the phone was in a pocket rather than on a desk, and that you gained height rather than distance. A flat 3 km walk is 0 m, and that is by design.

Stairs felt ignored

They should count. If a long stair climb credited nothing, the most likely cause is that the phone was moving too slowly for the sensor to clear its noise floor in one burst — walking up slowly is still credited, but the reading arrives late rather than never. Tell us the flight count and we will look at the numbers.

A challenge result looks wrong

Progress only counts inside the challenge window. Anything submitted before it opens or after it closes is recorded as climbing but not added to that challenge. If the window is right and the number is still wrong, write to us with the challenge link.

A postcard or merch item never arrived

Physical items are printed and posted by a fulfilment partner. Check the address on your profile first. If it is right and the item is late, write with the claim date — a refund of the Topps and a re-send are both possible.

Tilltopps runs on iPhone. If you are on Android and want it there, the same address works for that too.
